Who we are

B-LIT is a small but passionate holiday lighting shop that brings together lights, creativity, and hands-on craftsmanship. It’s not just about selling lights—it’s about inspiring people with unique displays, cool tech, and fun holiday experiences

What we do

At B-LIT, we do more than just sell holiday lights—we create immersive displays to inspire festive decorating. As a seasonal pop-up store, we bring holiday magic to life with light shows, arts & crafts activities, and now professional holiday photography, offering high-quality photo sessions designed for quick, effortless snapshots with a creative touch.

Behind the scenes, I personally design and build the smart lighting electronics that power the displays and light shows. Beyond that, I also design and make consumer lighting products locally, ensuring each piece brings something unique to holiday decorating.

How it started

While in college, I had the idea to start a smart holiday lighting company, aiming to bring permanent, customizable installations to homes and businesses. Once I graduated in 2023, I went straight to chasing that dream, designing electronics, testing full systems, and laying the foundation for what would become B-LIT.

In 2024, I saw an opportunity to promote my work at a local mall, so I set up a pop-up holiday shop, building my own displays, putting on a light show, and selling Christmas lights. It was a turning point—not just for selling lights, but for creating an experience that people could engage with. As the year went on, I noticed visitors taking photos at my displays, with some even coming back dressed up for pictures. That’s when I realized photography wasn’t just a side effect—it was something worth incorporating intentionally.

Now, in 2025, I’m building on what I learned. Seeing how people interacted with the displays, I decided to expand B-LIT to include professional holiday photography and arts & crafts, making it a more interactive space.
